Student Account Refund Request Form

Refunds are processed from the Student Financial Services office on a weekly basis. Refunds can only be processed once the credit balance is actualized - if any aid is pending, refunds can not be processed until the aid is disbursed.

Note: To check if you have a credit balance, log on to Self-Service and navigate to the Finances tab. At the bottom of the page, look for "Balance Due" - a credit balance is demonstrated with parentheses. Below, choose if you'd like to request the full amount or a portion as a refund. Please note, the available refund may be impacted by pending charges.
